Uses

Acupuncture treats a wide range of health issues. It is a system of channels, called meridians, which follow the body’s energetic blueprint underneath the physiological structure. The meridians course through the body where they interact with the organs, blood vessels and body tissues at varying depths. Along these meridians are certain areas that will pool or bank energy creating what we consider to be acupuncture points. When the flow of energy or Qi (chi) gets backed up or blocked it can cause complications with the normal functions of the body, both physical and emotional.
