To ensure we continue providing you with the most personalized and attentive care, we offer flexible payment and insurance options tailored to our individual providers:

• Autumn & Nichole: Accept cash pay, FSA/HSA, and are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and their subsidiaries.

• Kelly Woodward: Accepts cash pay, credit card, and FSA/HSA for office visits (superbills available for reimbursement upon request for self-submission). Note: Insurance CAN be used for labs and scans ordered through Kelly.

• Emilie: Purely out-of-pocket (cash/credit/FSA/HSA) and is not affiliated with any insurance plans.

For any out-of-network care, operating directly ensures your treatment decisions are guided solely by your health needs, not insurance limitations.
